Just one thing though (it's actually my fault for not researching more about my phone beforehand). Apparently, the actually wallpaper size needed for my phone is 960x800 (2x the width of 480x800) since there are multiple pages to scroll through (it's an Android phone). So, assuming it doesn't take too much time, would it be possible to just shift Miki (and her name) to the middle and increase the size of the image to 960x800?

Spoiler for How I think my phone wallpaper works:

The screen itself is 480x800.
Since there are five pages for apps/widgets/etc. each one shifts the shown portion of the image by 120 pixels horizontally.
So, Page 1= 0-480, Page 2 = 120-600, Page 3 = 240-720, Page 4 = 360-840, Page 5 = 480-960. (all x-coordinate pixels)
Because the default page is 3, the middle of the image (240-720) is shown for the majority of the time, which is where Miki is.

@ Cross: Yep, it's an affectionate parody of the new tourism slogan. I even had to research the exact font that was used. (Harabara, BTW.) The PH flag sig isn't Midnight-Jasper's work though, it's Marinara's.
