These are my suggestions.

@ CrowKenobi: I think your pictures are too small; I think it would be better if you enlarged it. Everything else is okay.

@ hinakatbklyn : Your pictures are fine, but I am worried about the name tags. The name tag should be transparent with an inner glow, and we should faintly see the whole picture rather than having it cut off.

@ Crowkenobi: These are better. Although the last Hinagiku picture looks a bit too big, every other picture you did was perfect.

@ hinakatbklyn: I think I found the problem. Try this: go to Borders. Then, go to bottom fill. First, look at the Fill, the one near the percentage. It should say 75%, but I think you put it up to 100% by accident. Then, double click on Bottom Fill; Layer Style should pop up. Go to Inner Glow. First, check to make sure that there is a check on the box. Next, find Opacity; it should be at 60%. When you are done, press OK. Your template now should have the lower black box transparent with an inner glow.

ppizzapie- I like that shana avatar, I believe thats taken from a picture where Louise and Shana switch clothe. but the Chiaki one....well~ season two's Minami-ke their eyes looks kinda scary

Images are too big. The submission sticky has image samples and descriptions on ideal face close-ups.

You need to be able to identify which ones are too big by yourself or you'll end up repeating the same mistake over and over again. The sticky already has image examples on good and no good avatars.
