Are you the only one to vote on your computer ? Because if somebody else already voted, that's normal. You can vote from somewhere else (your school, a friend's computer...)

Yea....I am the only one using my computer....I am sure coz i cant let anyone touch it and reveal all my =X stuffs

Perhaps your IP address is not static. Some internet providers give you a new IP address each time you log in, so you may have gotten an IP today that a previous person has already used to vote.
