The videos seem to be taken down, but I prefer the OP of Acchi Kocchi from what I remember of it from watching the episodes. Also, the video is part of the effect of the OP/ED, taking that out of the equasion kinda dulls the entire thing.

Compare the ED of Hayate no Gotoku season 2 (Hina's singing) to the official video, completely different feel to it. Also, the other two versions (which I haven't seen videos attached to) have significant differences, despite being the same song with different comments/commentators.
The second ED theme of the show is similar

If I had to assign a number.. probably somewhere in the 70's for the OP and 25-ish for the closing

Not having followed this anime yet, I'm going to base entirely on the song/video and choose the OP over the ED, though both seem to be nice pieces. Can't assign numbers due to above reasons though.

I think just about anyone working anything close to theater-work will tell you that's wrong. You can change the meaning and influence of a piece, just by changing what a person is seeing visually during it.
