It's pretty much the same thing as what I said to Bastion near the beginning of this thread, he could post his 2nd pick (since his 2 picks comes before and after Eclair's pick), but the second pick doesn't get locked until Eclair makes his picks since both of eclair's draft choice would take priority over Bastion's second choice
