Meanwhile, Bakemonogatari Portable has been given a release date, August 23, as well as a new trailer. A lot of content is show there, yet we still have no clue how the game will even play.

Wait, so they're doing this out of order? Hope they don't screw this up.

I just hope nothing feels too rushed... I mean, Bakemonogatari was only a single novel, same for Nise, and they all took one TV series each to adapt. Releasing a bunch of novel adaptations in one series doesn't seem like a good idea to me. But we'll see how that goes.

However, in case you guys can't wait for the Kizu movie, the novel has been fully translated to English, so you can check that out if you want.

It's a shame they're not dubbing it. Bake is the kind of show that's best watched unsubbed, in order to focus on the minute details of each scene, I believe. Of course, there's no problem with watching it subbed.

Kizumonogatari has a fantranslation, so you can check that out. However, I heard that translation is... unsatisfactory. But I think you can get a good grasp of the story with it.
