Those who I want to win a necklace: Kotomi, Holo, Mikoto, Yui, Azusa
Those that I think have a chance at the Emerald necklace that I'd support: Tomoyo, if she can get a win over Mio

Overview of my favorites' opponents:

Holo's strong opponents* are Kyou, Taiga**, Tomoyo.
Mikoto's strong opponents are Yui, Mio.
Yui's strong opponents are Mikoto, Kagami.
Azusa's strong opponents are Rin, Shana, Nagi.
Ironically, if Kotomi were a higher-tier character, I'd say she might have a chance at the necklace since her strong opponents are Yui, Tomoyo, Kyou, Mikoto.

*Strong opponents = Characters currently ranked in the Top 16.
**Bold = Characters currently ranked in the Top 8.

I don't know what most people look at (especially since I don't go crazy with the statistics side of things), but what I look at is how many bottom-tier characters vs. higher-tier characters someone faces in a given period, since matches with bottom-tier characters won't help with that character's SDO. The reason simply being that the bottom-tier character will not likely win unless facing other bottom-tier characters.

Forget the realism. I want Sakagami Tomoyo, in order to show that nobody is undefeatable. Vote for Sakagami Tomoyo is Vote for Hope for any character you like.

I'll be voting for Tomoyo next week. Even though I love Mio too, I want to see Tomoyo work her magic against another undefeated opponent.

Yes it would be nice to see Yui win Emerald but she needs to defeat Misaka for that.... And you have a little typo in there, you wrote Hirasaa instead of Hirasawa. Not that it is a big problem ^^

While Azusa getting the necklace would be nice, Mio getting a second necklace would be fun. Don't mind Mikoto getting one though since I feel that she deserves one after a hellish 2009 season. No one has made a comeback as strongly as Mikoto after just one spinoff.

*Sigh* Sometimes I just do not care what will happen in these gemstone tournaments...if anyone wants to be Miss Emerald 2010, try looking at Hina-san or Mio-chan! Undefeated people are hard to kill, eh?
