Shihō Matsuri was in the regular season on ISML 2008, and her final ranking was 37th of a 64 characters total. She also participated of Preliminaries of ISML 2009 and of ISML 2010, but wasn't able to get in regular season.

That's the only case of a sola character in any preliminary or regular season in ISML.

I'm guessing Touhou Project Characters are a no-go in ISML?

Some were expecting that this http://myanimelist.net/anime/9875/Anime ... ou_Project would make them able to participate. It seems like it already aired but was live so there is no raw and hardly any info so for now they can't participate. Although even if was released in dvd or similar format before nominations, it may still not be enought, being too short (10 minutes long) and even being a mix of two series, so the actual touhou characters may have too little air time in it.

Awww.... Well that's too bad. So I adjusted my list for this (otherwise it would include ONLY Touhou characters....):

Madoka might be the best show this season for what it does with the genre, but somehow I'm not sure any of the girls will get a nomination from me. There's so much in the show that moe is not a priority.

Though if I were to support one of them, it would probably be Sayaka. (Even though you have to feel sorry for Mami, yes...)

Ja, I'm suffering thinking about how to fill the 12-name-list right the moment. I do can't come up with 12 characters now. Maybe I shall add some characters from very old series. Or not insisting on 12.
