This is very likely scenario if Konata gets a position in the Seitokai. Now, the question is, is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Now, carrying this thought a little further, does this mean Saber will ask Tohsaka Rin for help with the paperworks? Akiyama Mio, Nakamura Yuri, Tohsaka Rin,..... That is rather hawt trio.....

I wonder if a political deal can be struck between Saberists and Konataist. That is Konataists will change their votes for Saber( and Rin ) if Saberist will promise to support Konata for the reporter. Would such a deal be agreeable to the majority of Konata-Partiers ?

But in ISML, Reporters don't do newspaper reports. You can say that the Secretary position is most outspoken because of the match summaries TRE does. Therefore, Konata for Secretary.

Newspaper is where those interviews/reports are published (it might be called something else but I'm using the "newspaper" term just for easy reference sake). And I'm more keen to see Konata working under Yurippe and Saber under Azusa. Too bad it isn't Hata (SYD) that's running for the Reporter post.

I think we need to rename and redefine the Seitokai position to make it behave more closer to commonly held views of the people.

That may be true, but I don't really care how hard it is for TRE. I want more entertaining summaries, even if it makes TRE do more work.

I would think that the secretary is just a more subdued version of the reporter (as far as we see), in charge of keeping minutes of the meetings (which I don't think we've seen) and the in-depth analysis of matches, which would be filled with anime refrences under Konata's regime.

I'm wondering where the 'newspaper' aspect came into play for the reporter. I've always seen this as the 'intreped reporter' style, the one who sticks the microphone in people's faces. I think someone like Yui would fit this perfectly.

I think Saber would make for an interesting treasurer, though I don't think she'd have any clue of how to do it right, Mio and Azusa would be able to coach her well enough.
